NSP PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) provides down payment assistance to eligible low to middle income families to purchase an abandoned or foreclosed home within the designated NSP program area. Low to middle income, as defined by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), is a person or persons earning 120% or less of the area median income. This income is adjusted for household size.
