NSP - THE BAILOUT
FOR THE REST OF US

The Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) is a U.S. Government program to preserve neighborhoods burdened with foreclosures. It is designed to help middle income families purchase fully REHABBED foreclosures and stimulate the economy.

Pasco County was awarded $19 million for this purpose. Income qualified families can apply for up to $30,000 of home buying help under NSP. Throw in the $8,000 income tax credit and Uncle Sam will give qualified homebuyers up to $38,000 to buy a home. It’s like getting a 20% to 50% down payment present from your rich uncle in D.C.

Like any Federal program, NSP has some regulations and requirements. However, our nonprofit agencies take all the hassle out of buying an NSP home and pass all the benefits to the home buyer. We locate the foreclosed homes, jump through all the hoops getting them qualified and completely rehabbed. All you have to do is select one from our inventory. We’ll help you get a mortgage – even help clean up your credit if needed, and guide you through the entire process.
